Rental rates differ throughout the year. School holidays at Easter and Christmas are considered peak periods; all other periods are considered off peak.

Rental Rates

Peak Periods (Easter & Christmas School Holidays) - Weekly $1400 / Nightly $250

Off Peak Periods - Weekly $1000 / Nightly $200

We ask you to leave the house as you found it. If you're still in holiday mode and don't want to clean the place before you depart, just let us know. We're happy to arrange a cleaner for you for an extra $60.
